工作职责:1. 大学本科及以上学历，3年以上LCD/LCM行业背景优先，具有研发设计，工艺设计或质量相关经验优先 2.具备较好的英语听说读写能力，能进行英语口语沟通。 3. 熟悉TS16949五大技术手册(APQP/FMEA/Control Plan/PPAP/MSA/)等质量工具 4.具备质量策划及流程策划的能力，熟悉LCD/LCM生产流程工艺，对原材料有一定的认识；5. 有可靠性测试经验，熟悉包括ISO，IEC，GB等国际，国内或整车厂相关测试标准 6. 有tier1工作经验者优先考虑。任职资格:Qualifications:1. Bachelor degree or above, minimum 3 years background in LCD/LCM industry is preferred. Experience in R 4. Capable of quality planning and process planning, familiar with LCD/LCM production process and have particular knowledge of raw materials;5. Have experience of reliability testing, be familiar with reliability test standards such as ISO,IEC,GB or some other OEM test requirement. 6. Work experience at tier1 will be preferred.
